Click here for a pdf file explaining the various sleeping arrangements and configurations.   Accommodations The completely remodeled Retreat House is air conditioned with a full kitchen, eating area for 16, and onsite laundry. The Retreat House has all the modern amenities guests expect, including: a 42" flat screen TV upstairs, for viewing DVDs or computer presentations, another 42" TV downstairs, connected to a Wii Gaming Console and DVD player, wireless internet throughout, and even a small desk area with an available computer and printer/scanner. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, and a bunk room/lounge area downstairs. Each upstairs bedroom has its own bathroom with shower. A combination of twin, king, and bunk beds can be arranged according to guests’ needs and can accommodate up to 16 people. With built in trundles and a pull out couch, up to 20 people can sleep comfortably. (To sleep 20, some guests will need to share a bed, such as a pull out couch, or lower bunk with adjacent trundle bed combination.) Connected to the Retreat House by a large gravel courtyard area—just past the Cookhouse Lounge*, you'll find the Guest Bungalow. Not quite as fancy as the Retreat House, but just as nice, the Guest Bungalow has two bedrooms—each with a queen bed). An antique wooden pitchfork hanging in the hall points the way to a shared bathroom, small kitchen and small living room with a very comfortable, lime green, 'fold down' IKEA couchbed (perfect for two more guests to share). One of the bedrooms has a headboard made of branches found at the Ranch, and the original pink tile in the kitchen and bath, adds a bit of a retro feel to the all new, eclectic decor. *Off the main patio area, between the Retreat House and the Guest Bungalow, is a large cabin-like room that was the original Cookhouse back when the ranch employed cowboys. We now use The Cookhouse as the lounge/game room—a casual place to hang out, read, relax and play Foosball, or pool, air hockey, and ping pong on a 3 way, revolving game table. Outside, there is a courtyard area, and patio—which are perfect for outdoor BBQs, banquets, and family reunions.
